Rev. Jeffrey Wick, 69, of Circleville passed away on October 29, 2024.
He was born on March 29, 1955 in La Crosse, Wisconsin to David and Carol (Marcus) Wick. He was preceded in death by his father.
Jeffrey was an Assistant to the Bishop of the Southern Ohio Synod.
Jeffrey is survived by his mother Carol Wick; wife Penny (Hicks) Wick; children Stephen (Sarah) Wick, Franklin (Katie) Bishop; grandchildren Savannah, Skylar, Ryan and Laura; great grandchildren Lliam, Mira Jane, Evelyn, Hollie and Gracie; brother Jon (Lori) Wick, sister Kathy; nephew Ian Hicks and sisters-in-law Janet, Yvonne and Yvette.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 29439 Hideaway Hills Road, Logan, Ohio 43138.
In addition to Emanuel Lutheran, Jeffrey was affiliated with Trinity Lutheran Church (Weirton, WV) and St. Paul Lutheran Church (Huntington, WV).
His loss has left a hole which can never be filled. He was an incomparable man, a cherished and beloved son, brother, father, husband and grandfather. He was a scholar, an athlete, and someone who truly embodied his faith with how he lived.
