Be on the Lookout for Equipping Opportunities!

 

The Southern Ohio Synod leans heavily into equipping and strengthening both clergy and lay leaders through numerous opportunities throughout the year, made possible by your congregation’s contributions to mission support.

 

Some of our more formal equipping is offered through our Leadership Academy, which currently offers curriculum tracks for Lay Worship Leaders and Synod Authorized Ministers. In addition, workshops are offered regularly on a variety of topics, ranging from new ways to engage with your neighborhood or even to take church out into your neighborhood, evangelism, discipleship, stewardship, and leadership.
