Co:Lab is the Southern Ohio Synod’s program to revitalize congregations by equipping leaders and their communities of faith to build relationships, deepen faith, grow community, and identify and respond to God’s call for their congregation.
The Co:Lab Process
Co:Lab is a journey of discovery and holy experimentation. Through six monthly meetings the Southern Ohio Synod Co:Lab Team will help congregational leaders find new ways to join God’s mission in your community.
Between these meetings, congregational teams of 3-5 individuals will engage their congregations in 2-4 hours of additional work, focusing on each month’s emphasis in their own context, with support from the Co:Lab Team. Rostered Ministers, Synod Authorized Ministers (SAMs), and Lay Worship Leaders (LWLs) will also receive support through the Co:Lab Coaching Cohort.
Who is this for?
Congregations who are excited about God’s presence within their communities and are interested in trying new ministry experiments, but struggle with knowing how or where to start.
