POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate the activities and supervise the volunteers in the church nursery.
• Orient volunteers to nursery procedures and sign-in sheet
• Create a welcoming, accepting and safe atmosphere for children
• Develop rapport with parents and children who use the nursery regularly
• Procure additional help if needed
• Guide volunteers to assigned areas
