Pandemic Faith Devotional Part 2

A family devotional during COVID-19: A group of ELCA Clergy & Youth Leaders listened to the Spirit again and have created Pandemic Faith, a second 8-week family devotional for life during COVID-19.

Redeemer, Columbus offers a Zoom Bible study every Tuesday from 1-2:30 pm and an adult class every Sunday from 10-11 am.  People can find Zoom information by contacting Pr. David Shull at dshull@redeemerluth.com

First, Xenia is hosting a Children at Home Virtual Ministry occurs once weekly; Bible study and recitation of the Lutheran Rosary are available by invitation to Zoom.  Please write to <firstluthxenia@sbcglobal.net> to obtain invites.

Epiphany, Centerville is offering the following ways to connect:

  • NEW! Weekly Bible Study – Wednesdays beginning May 13 at 11 a.m., all are welcome to a ZOOM Bible Study. Pr. Woodward will lead a discussion on the Gospel lesson for the upcoming Sunday. 
  • ALONE in the Wilderness TOGETHER is a daily devotion from Pastor Charlie Woodward. It is emailed to our contacts, posted on our Facebook page and on our website.

St. John, Stovertown's pastor, Rev. All Saints, Worthington is hosting a Pastor's Bible Study through their YouTube channel.

#FreePrayer and Care with PAL : Join Pastor Aaron Layne (aka PAL) in his normal time of prayer and care called #FreePrayerwithPAL. Usually PAL goes to Panera Bread and prays with friends, church members, and strangers. 

Pr. Ken Hacker, Pastor of Mt. Zion, Pleasant City is sending emails to his congregation with the weekly service and encouraging families to read and sing through it together on Sunday at 10:30 am. (No special technology needed here!)

St. Paul, Ashville's Pastor Laura Cavendish is posting on Youtube midweek and Sunday morning at stpaulashville.  The congregation is invited to pray at 10AM or 10PM together.  Pastor Laura goes LIVE on Facebook every morning around 10AM with updates and devotions or prayer.  One of the members is posting a daily written prayer there at 6:00AM.  

St. Paul, Ironton's Pastor Jonathan Moyers goes live from his living room in West Virginia for their worship service live at 10 am https://www.facebook.com/splcironton/  (It's ok to visit another state this way!)

Zion, Hamilton has a radio broadcast on WMOH or through our website,  https://zionhamilton.org/  at 10:30 on Sunday.  We are pulling prior recorded services from 2017.

Hosanna, Pataskala's webpage has all their recent online services. https://hosanna-lutheran.org/recordings/ their Facebook page has them as well. Midweek Lenten services will be available beginning at 7 pm on Wednesdays, and 9 am Sunday mornings for Sunday’s Worship.

Zion Lutheran church in Middletown has gone live with streaming worship: Click the icons on www.zionluthchurch.org to be routed to their streaming worship services.

Holy Trinity, Upper Arlington offers weekly live stream worship and 'Daily Dose of Good News' through their website: www.engagedbygrace.org
