On-Campus Lodging

On-Campus housing reservations for the New Hall residence hall will be available to guests who submit their Assembly registration prior to the May 23, 2016 deadline. No rooms will be available for on-site reservations.

Guests may reserve a single or double room for June 3. Each guest will be provided with sheets, a pillow, a light blanket, a towel and washcloth as part of the room fee.

If you have a special request regarding your room, please contact Susan Barton-Nonno (sbarton-nonno@southernohiosynod.org) directly so we can try to accommodate your request.

  • Room rates are $80 for a single occupancy room per night and $60 per guest per night for a double occupancy room.
  • You may request a roommate on the registration form. If you choose a double room and no roommate is requested, you will be assigned a roommate.
  • All rooms are air-conditioned and bathrooms are available on each floor.
  • Guests checking on June 3rd will pick up their keys at the Student Center Information Desk between 8 am and 7 pm.
  • Checkout on Saturday, June 4 will be in the New Hall lounge between 8 am and noon.
  • A $50 fee will be assessed for any key not returned.
