  NOTHING NEW BELOW THIS LINE

Everything below this line is for new folks and/or

those looking for easy links to ELCA resources

Good Stuff From Churchwide...

From Pastor Janelle Rozek, our ELCA Program Director for Ministry with Children:

She curated a website with children and youth ministry resources called ministrylinks.online

And has resources for you! Including to answer Matt Short’s question…Any leads for Sunday school resources that empower kids and parents to do the learning at home?

(*All of the below resources can be found on ministrylinks.online)

Storypath –A resource out of Princeton and ties elementary aged books with the lectionary.  An email comes out weeks in advance and parents can usually find the books at their local library. The email gives a brief summary of what the book has to do with the lectionary texts.

Frolic@Home:  Parent-focused curriculum to build community and extend faith from church to home

Building Faith Brick by Brick:  A book with OT and NT stories that parents can talk about with their kids while building lego stories

Francis and Friends:  A video for kids about faith and creation care written by an Episcopalian who has served Lutheran congregations.

Here are some more you can see at her website:  Illustrated Children’s Ministry, Milestone Ministry, Faith Five and Vibrant Faith@Home

Janelle can be reached at: Janelle.Hooper@elca.org
